MoPhones Application Document Submission

Get access to a MoPhones device in record speed! To proceed with your credit application, we require a few documents which will help us approve eligibility for a MoPhones device. We will require:
1. 12 months M-pesa statements and statement password
2. Photo of your ID 3. Photo of you holding your ID
In some cases we may also require: 4. KRA pin OR 2 months bank statement
Your personal data is securely processed and encrypted according to our data protection policy. Detailed instructions for all potentially required documents are outlined below:

M-pesa Statement

Using your Safaricom line dial:
1. *334#
2. Choose option 7 (my account)
3. Choose option 3 (m-pesa statement)
4. Choose option 1 (m-pesa statement)
5. Choose option 1 (request statement)
6. Choose option 1 (full statement)
7. Choose option 4 (last 6 months)
You may be asked to enter your email address to receive the statements or use an existing email if this is not your first request. Once done, an email with an encrypted attachment will be sent to you from Safaricom and an sms containing the password to open the PDF.
We will require the full Safaricom M-pesa statement AND statement password

ID Photo

Ensure that the image is not blurry, text is readable and all the four corners are in frame, below is an example:

Selfie Photo Holding ID

Ensure that the image is not blurry, your ID text is readable and all the four corners are in frame, below is an example:

Important Notes: Ensure the photos are clear and all information is legible.
All files should be in the accepted formats and not exceed the stated file size limits.

Bank Statement

Use your banking app or bank USSD to download 2 month bank statement
If your 2 month bank statement requires a password, provide it as well
Note: Bank statement must be a PDF
Account name must match application name
There must be transactions in every month of the past 2 months

KRA PIN 

Can be found on the Kenya Revenue Authority website
